We are approximately 80-90% organic from top to bottom - proudly one of the few caf?s in the nation that can make this claim.The first and, currently, only caf? in the Seattle area that features a daily Raw Foods menu. Composed of fresh organic produce, organic nuts, seeds, spices and oils, our menu changes often and with the seasons. It is approachable for the curious neophyte, delicious for the experienced Raw Foodist, and perfect for someone looking for a unique vegan meal.
